Hi, I’m Jacob — a guitarist, teacher, and repair tech based in Ontario.

I specialize in blues, jazz, funk, rock, and country, with experience across a wide range of modern playing styles and techniques. Whether you’re working on fundamentals, refining your phrasing, or developing more advanced technical skills, I focus on helping you become a more confident and musical player.

My teaching style is relaxed, practical, and tailored to each student. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—lessons are built around your goals, whether that’s learning songs, understanding theory, improving technique, or writing your own music.

Alongside teaching, I offer guitar setup and repair services. A proper setup can completely transform how an instrument feels, and I take pride in making guitars play smoothly, respond consistently, and inspire you to pick them up more often.

I also play bass and am available for session work, bringing the same focus on tone, feel, and musicality into every project.
